More Than A Booth. It's A Stage.

Every approved vendor gets the essentials to show up, set up, and sell. Pick your category and footprint on the application — our team handles placement.

Prime Infield Placement

Booths set up in the PPIR infield — surrounded by the main stage, race tracks, and motorsport exhibitions. Foot traffic comes to you between every event.

4-Day Exposure

Open Thursday through Sunday. Vendors can sell, demo, and brand-build across all four days — not just a weekend afternoon.

Crew Passes

Festival access for your booth staff. Bring the team that knows your product and lets you actually leave the booth.

Choose Your Footprint

10x10, 20x20, and custom-size spaces available. Add power or extra frontage on the application — pricing varies by spec.

On-Site Camping

Camping is available on-site at the park for your team (separate from the booth area in the infield). Add a camping pass to your application if you want to stay close all weekend.

Secure Overnight

PPIR is a gated facility — leave your displays and product set up Thursday through Sunday. No nightly teardown.

Get Approved

Our team reviews applications by category and capacity. Approved vendors get a confirmation with pricing, placement, setup details, and an invoice.

Set Up + Sell

Roll in early for vendor setup, get your booth dialed, and meet four days' worth of Side-by-Side owners ready to spend.

Vendor FAQ.

What categories of vendors do you accept?

Off-road parts and accessories, lifestyle and apparel brands, custom builders, services, media, and a limited number of food and beverage vendors. Tell us about your business on the application and we'll let you know if there's a fit.

Can I sell food or drinks?

Yes, with proper permits and insurance. Food and beverage spots are capped to avoid category overlap — apply early and note your menu and equipment needs on the form.

Is power available?

Power is available for an additional fee. Request it on your application and specify the amperage and number of outlets you need. Bring backup if your setup is power-critical.

Can my team camp on-site for the weekend?

Yes — camping is available on-site at the park, separate from the booth area in the infield. Powered, dry, and tent options are available. Request a camping pass on your application and we'll place your camp accordingly.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. Approved vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance listing Adrenaline Off-Road Park and Pikes Peak International Raceway as additional insured before setup. Details come with your approval email.

How much does a booth cost?

Pricing depends on booth size, power needs, location, and category. Approved applicants receive an invoice with their confirmation. Apply first — pricing details are sent with approval.

When will I hear back?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, typically within 7–10 business days. High-volume categories may take longer. We'll email you either way.
